The cloud based ones seems to "hiccup" when inputting information too quickly (lag). Including the big names alldata, napa, mitchell.
So I've used the trials from others shop management. This product is low cost, which is nice, but absolutely not worth the cost savings in a moderate volume mom and pop shop or higher.
When using reports to track daily money movement, you can only view total gross product sales, and not parts cost. Of the two weeks we tried the product, there were 3 separate times the server was down, which prevented using it on Saturday- our busiest day. Which is an insane and unacceptable failure of the product. No matter how I searched for it, the system lost the repair order- of which I had a printed invoice for. We had only written 15 or so repair orders, and I was reviewing something and I tried to look up the price of a part we had paid, and the repair order was gone. We linked ordering to our Autozone account which seemed cool at first, but 100% of orders have to be ordered though the program, which prevents you from ordering basic supplies such as oil dry, or gloves, or even brake grease without adding it to an repair order. Once an RO was closed, it could not be reopened. but only until I tried using it to its full potential.īasic importing using CSV from other software was not available.
I had to leave a review on Google, to unlock a feature for VIP, which sucks. I really hate having to leave a review in order to use a product.
